| Description |
| -Outstanding management skill and ability to build a strong and dynamic team.
-Able to adapt easily to a cross-cultural environment. Ability to combine Western food as well as some Asian food will be an asset.
-Minimum of 5-8 years experience in Kitchen Management.
-Being result oriented.
-Having a great attention to details.
-A previous experience in Asia or China would be preferred.
-A previous Accor experience would off course be a plus.
-Good command of English language.
